Ironclad Creative is a Community Interest Company built for writers and storytellers.
Everything we do is shaped by our desire to create opportunity, space and community for writers and storytellers.
From Writers’ Spaces and retreats, to run courses, mentoring, short story competitions, publications and theatre bursaries, we’re on a mission to support storytelling in all forms.
We believe in the power, hope, and inspiration of stories.
As a neurodivergent-led organisation, we especially want to support those who have additional barriers, and those who are on low incomes.

Writing Retreats & Coffee Mornings
We’ve been hosting Writers’ Space for six years, creating calm, focused places for people to actually write.
We run eleven Writers’ Space sessions each week, online, across mornings, afternoons and evenings.
You can now try it with a 7 Day Writing Pass, start anytime and come as often as you like.
If you want to keep going, all sessions are included in the Creative Cauldron Membership(£12/month).
We also host affordable in-person writing retreats in libraries and community spaces throughout the year.
Alongside this, we run regular Creative Catch-up coffee mornings and networking events, so you can meet writers, storytellers and creatives in your local area.
