Ironclad Creative is a Community Interest Company built for storytellers.
Everything we do is shaped by our desire to create a community for writers and makers.
From Writers’ Spaces and retreats, to courses, mentoring, short story competitions and theatre bursaries, we’re on a mission to support storytelling.
We believe in the power, hope, and inspiration storytellers can bring to the world when they’re given the chance to create.
As a neurodivergent-led organisation, we especially want to support those who have additional barriers to the creative industry, and those who are on low incomes.

Writing Retreats & Coffee Mornings
We’ve been hosting online writing retreats (Virtual Writers’ Spaces) for six years. We’re also passionate about creating affordable in-person writing retreats throughout the year, in libraries and community spaces.
There are 11 Virtual Writers’ Spaces every week and are just £3 each, or fully included in a Creative Cauldron Membership.
We also host regular coffee mornings and networking events, so you can meet the storytellers and creatives in your local area.
