  • We provide memberships, workshops, courses, writing competitions, publication opportunities, writing groups, events and other services as described on our website.

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

  • Writing competitions have additional rules and terms. Please see the relevant competition terms and conditions for full details.

4. Cancellations and refunds

  • Event and workshop cancellations are subject to the terms stated at the time of booking.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed unless required by law.

  • Memberships continue until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be taken after your cancellation takes effect.

All content on this site (including text, logos, and images) is owned by Ironclad Creative CIC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.

6. Liability

We do our best to provide accurate information and safe services, but we are not liable for:
