Ironclad Creative CIC (“we”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

  • Names, email addresses and other details when you sign up for our mailing list, book an event, or join a membership.

  • Payment information (processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe, Eventbrite and Moonclerk. We don’t store card details).

  • Feedback forms, which may include your name, email address, responses and optional monitoring information (such as age, diversity, or work status).

  • Technical data such as cookies and analytics.

How we use your data

  • To send newsletters and updates you’ve asked for.

  • To manage bookings, memberships and events.

  • To gather feedback and report to funders (monitoring information is anonymised or aggregated for reporting).

  • To improve our services.

  • With your consent, to use your feedback for marketing purposes.

We never sell or trade your data. We only share it with trusted service providers (such as Flodesk, Stripe, and Eventbrite) where needed to deliver our services.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • See the information we hold about you.

  • Correct it if it’s wrong.

  • Ask us to delete it.

  • Withdraw consent to marketing.

How long we keep your data

  • Mailing list: until you unsubscribe, or 24 months of inactivity.

  • Event/booking records: 6 years (for accounting/legal reasons).

  • Feedback forms: up to 24 months, then securely destroyed once aggregated.

Ironclad Creative CIC is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
